Is pilates for me?

Pilates is for everyone! Young, old, male, female, athletic, injured, you name it-you will benefit from Pilates. If you have concerns due to a specific health issue, we will discuss any modifications you may need to make you feel confident and comfortable for group class.

Are you accepting new clients?

Unfortunately our classes and waitlist are overly full at this time.

When we do offer the beginner class again, it will be posted here and on Instagram.

What are classes like?

Classes are 50 minutes long and 6 people. This small size allows me to give you personalized attention, while being able to serve as many people as possible in a week.

What do I wear?

Anything you like! Just make sure you are comfortable to move in all directions. Please avoid very baggy clothing. No shoes are worn on the reformer, but please feel free to wear sticky socks.
