Tara is a Comprehensively Certified Instructor through Balanced Body. She is trained on all Pilates apparatus and the mat, and has completed over 500 hours of equipment and mat training, as well as additional courses in anatomy and physiology.

She is currently pursuing a certification in osteopathy as well as becoming a Balanced Body Integrated Movement Specialist. She is constantly learning, seeking answers, and making connections to help you understand your body in the best way.

With over 14 years of practice and teaching, Tara truly believes in the transformational power of the method. She began her personal practice to relieve chronic low back pain and after seeing amazing success became committed to her own Pilates training sessions. Her goal is to make you feel better when you leave the studio than when you walked in.
