Up Stretch Pilates Studio, created by Lisa Sentner, has been a fully functioning Pilates studio for over 5 years. Lisa discovered Pilates over 16 years ago as student of the performing arts. Lisa became a loyal practitioner of Pilates exercise & received her certification from PHI Pilates in 2003. Since then, she has refined her technique passion for teaching the Pilates method that has altered her body for the rest of her life. Up Stretch Pilates Studio is Lisa's unique identity in the fitness community where her experience & knowledge of Pilates has established her as an expert. She is sought out to train television celebrities, NFL players & host corporate employee Pilates events as well as active in community and charitable events. In 2010, Lisa expanded her passion for whole body wellness through nutrition providing support and guidance.

Lisa's Up Stretch Pilates Studio mission is to enthusiastically meet each individual's goal for body health and whole body wellness through her knowledge and patience.
